| Routinely, emergency response personnel from Hemby Bridge Fire Department conduct safety sessions with our most valuable gifts - the children. Here; Chris Yates demonstrates to these youngsters, that in the "turnout" gear, a firefighter could look a little scary, but there is no need for them to have fear. Also, we always leave them with souvenir items of our visits, and safety tips to share and remember. |

In 2007, Hemby Bridge hosted an "Open House" event, and
celebrated a reunion with many friends and families from the local
community. We were also fortunate to have several former Chief Officers join
in on the festivities.
