Fire is very destructive

Smokey says :
NEVER play with matches
NEVER play with fire, but always notify authorities
ALWAYS make sure your campfires are extinguished thoroughly

                                                                                  Sparky says :
Testing your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors is very important.

It is equally important to change your batteries each time "daylight
savings time" is affected. (2 times each year)

Annually, our personnel go out to the local public, and private schools, to remind
and raise awareness to appropriate school age youngsters of fire prevention. One
technique taught early is the practice of "stop/drop/roll". On occasion, we will also
suit up in fire fighting turnout gear, so the student can actually see the suit up close.
It is very important that our young friends be at ease with the sight of the firefighter.
